| My Z's butt, that is. ;-) This is a follow-up to this post: Rear-ended by a Ford Econoline van I got my Z back Monday night from D&V Autobody in Chantilly, VA, and I can't say enough good things about those guys. They understood and appreciated my enthusiasm for my car and took the time to do the job right. Turns out it was a pretty extensive job; with each piece they removed, they discovered more damage. In all, they had to weld in some pieces, pull some dents, replace a lot of cracked and dented parts, and they painted the entire back end including the quarter panels. The whole time they had the car, they kept me updated on what they were finding and doing. I can't really comment on their pricing, since all my work was done courtesy of Allstate, but the quality of their craftsmanship was very good, and they were great people to deal with. Based on that much, I would definitely recommend checking them out if you need bodywork in the NoVA area - 703-478-9431. On to the pictures - Before:

More pics can be seen here: La-Z-Link Obviously there was a trip to Bernie's in there – glad he had the J-specs on hand! Turns out all 3 pieces of my old lights were, in fact, damaged - some of the damage was on the inside where it wasn't visible until dissassembly. I can't get over how good the car looks with the new lights and new paint. =) This was my photography buddy who chatted with me the whole time I was there, or perhaps he was chastising me for my unauthorized use of the end of the lot... He had the decency not to fly over and drop a bomb on my car:
Anyway, just wanted to share my excitement! Thanks for reading.
